Our Introduction

Hi and welcome to our blog!
My name is Bethany Ann Denton. Today has been the best day ever. 1 It's my 17th birthday. 2 My boyfriend Lee proposed to me and of course I said yes. 3 Lee told me he was joining the Navy. Well I am another yr older now and a lot has happened today besides be my birthday. Lee decided to propose to me which i did say yes to. Our families where kind of expecting it. Lee also told me he wanted to join the Navy. Which I was shocked and so where our families since he has never mentioned military service of any kind up until now. But after talking to him I became supportive. So anyway I decided to make a blog of our many adventures together.

Lee's Story

I was born on Feb 28th 1994 in Orlando Florida. Where I lived up until June 2009 when my parents moved us to Ocala Florida. I met Bethany on our move in day. She was one of the first people I met. We became friends and after we got moved Bethany showed me around town etc. I was glad that she did. We started the next school and we also started dating. We spent all our free time together as much as we could since we both had after school activities etc. We graduated and I knew I wanted to be with her. So on her 17th birthday I proposed to her and surprisingly she said yes. I also told her I wanted to join the Navy. After talking to her she became supportive of my decision. So now we are planning our future and many adventures together.

Bethany's Story

I was born March 9th 1995 and raised in Ocala Florida. I grew up being an only child of loving parents. I met Lee 2 yrs ago when his family had moved here from Orlando. They had moved onto our street and Lee and I became instant friends since there where no other teenagers on our street. Since attending our high school already I was able to show him around and introduce him to everyone making him feel at home. Lee and I got closer in relationship and I knew I wanted to be with him always. So Lee and I graduated high school and on 17th birthday Lee proposed to me and of course I said yes. Both our families knew it was coming since we haven't been apart since we met. Plus mine knew ahead of time since Lee asked my dad if it was ok to marry me. Lee also told me that he wanted to join the Navy which up to that time he has never mentioned any military service. So after talking to him about that decision I became supportive and told him I would be there for him in anything he wanted to do. I am looking forward to being with him and the many adventures we have together.
